I remember what it felt like working out at the gym hours each day and living on caffeine and sugar then to binge on dinner at night only to feel tired, exhausted, not getting results and being totally over it! I was so busy taking care of everyone else that I wasn‘t taking the extra time for my own nutrition! I thought I could out exercise my poor nutrition, but eventually that wasn‘t working anymore for me! I was frustrated with food, binge eating on the weekends and then back to a restrictive low calorie plan on Monday! Barf! It really wasn‘t working for me at all! But I discovered the secret to my success in Macro Tracking the easy way, using a low pressure system that I like to call Macros 101! After falling in love with my results and the way I felt with tracking, I went and got Certified in Nutrition and as a Macro Coach. I was a busy Personal Trainer who was over exercising and not eating enough for my body and learned how to turn it all around and have food freedom in the process with absolutely no food restrictions and I am here to help you! I am here to teach you everything I know about simplifying food and fitness as a busy working mom. Many prospective clients really have no idea when it truly is the right time to stop dieting. I truly feel the diet industry has brain washed so many into thinking that "less is more" which only brings us to a feeling of being left disappointed, no energy, poor results & extremely frustrated.
Are you experiencing....
1.) A feeling of fatigue and low energy most all the time now, where as before you might have only noticed it occasionally.
2.) Bad Sleep more consistently
3.) Poor workout performance, less strength and energy
4.) More often constipated, bloating & or the feeling of fullness more often
5.) Menstrual cycles are off more consistently
6.) You notice your hair and skin are changing. Maybe more breakage, thinning of hair and less "glow" and shine to your skin appearance.
7.) Are you feeling more moody, irritable, stressed more often and not just a few days before your cycle.
8.) Weakened immune system. You get sick more often & struggle to recover quickly.
These are all bigger signs to be noticing and our health is not one to be sacrificing. The weight will come off if you stay consistent and trust the process, but these are 8 sure signs that it is time for your body to get out of the "diet" phase and begin Reverse dieting and re-feeding your metabolism back up to its "maintenance".

Many struggle on their weight loss journey alone, but often times hiring a Coach in various phases is really helpful and very encouraging to their success!
Diet phasing is a lifestyle, but although there are no restrictions there are so many outside factors that contribute to decreased motivation and self sabotage. I encourage you to no stay silent when you feel like you failed and to pick yourself up and keep going. This is when a hiring a Coach can really be a game changer. Be accountable, be honest to yourself and to your Coach so that you can continue on with success and realize that you are never alone in your struggle.
